Commercial terms vary by partner type and product class. Insurance carriers typically operate on a marketplace-fee or commission model. Brokers and affiliates work on performance-based commissions. Technology integrations vary from revenue share to fixed fee. We agree commercials in writing before any integration work begins.

No. We work with multiple insurers in each product class because customer choice is core to a marketplace model. Some product or geographic exclusivities are negotiable in specific cases, but the default arrangement is non-exclusive on both sides.

It depends on the integration. A simple product listing can go live in days. A full quote-and-bind API integration is usually 2-4 weeks including sandbox testing. Technology partner integrations vary by complexity, typically 3-6 weeks. We support every step with a named technical contact.

Customer and policy data is handled under the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Carriers receive data necessary for underwriting, claims and regulatory reporting via secure APIs. We maintain documented data-sharing agreements with every partner.
