Complaints & escalation

Not happy with how we've handled something?

We take complaints seriously. If you believe your claim was unfairly declined, took too long, or our service fell short write to us at [email protected] or call +234 818 835 0000, +234 704 738 6000.

If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to NAICOM (National Insurance Commission), the regulator of insurance in Nigeria, via naicom.gov.ng.
