Biography
Mr. Ayo brings four decades of leadership in finance, insurance and corporate administration. As Managing Director / Chief Executive of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria from 1997 to 2005, he led one of Nigeria's most established insurance institutions through a critical period of growth and consolidation. He is recognised for governance discipline, operational rigour, and digital-transformation leadership in insurance distribution.

Biography
As Acting Chief Executive, Mr. Fasasi leads InsureOnGo's strategy and day-to-day operations. He has personally architected the company's technical stack — from the marketplace and ChatSure™ AI assistant to the AutoSalus, ObliGo, LedgerGo and CoopGo product lines — while leading the company through the NAICOM Partnering Insurtech licensing process under the NIIRA 2025 framework.

Mr. Popoola serves as Executive Director on the InsureOnGo board and as Acting Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for the company's finance function, treasury operations, statutory reporting and audit relationships. He works closely with the CEO on commercial strategy and with NAICOM on regulatory submissions.
