Biography
Mr. Ayo brings four decades of leadership in finance, insurance and corporate administration. As Managing Director / Chief Executive of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria from 1997 to 2005, he led one of Nigeria's most established insurance institutions through a critical period of growth and consolidation. He is recognised for governance discipline, operational rigour, and digital-transformation leadership in insurance distribution.

Biography
Mr. Fasasi Kaseem Akinola is the Chief Executive Officer of InsureOnGo, bringing over three decades of experience across technology, insurance, corporate strategy and business transformation. He combines technical expertise with executive leadership to advance his vision of making insurance more transparent, accessible and customer-focused.
His career includes senior leadership roles as Chief Transformation Officer at ARTEE Industries Limited and Chief Operating Officer at Great Nigeria Insurance Plc. His experience spans digital transformation, operational management and the alignment of technology investments with business objectives.
Mr. Fasasi has delivered technology solutions for Royal Exchange Assurance Plc, AIICO Plc and Great Nigeria Insurance Plc. He served as Lead Consultant for technology integration during mergers involving Sterling Assurance, Newline Insurance, Universe Re and UNIC Insurance. He also oversaw the implementation of international insurance software solutions for Insurance PHB, UNIC Insurance and Great Nigeria Insurance Plc.
His board experience extends across financial services, healthcare, e-commerce and technology. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Bancorp Finance Limited, GNI Healthcare Limited, and ShopDirect & Logistics Services Limited, and as Executive Director responsible for Technology at UKConcepts Limited and Labyet Polaris Nigeria Limited.
He has an educational background in Physics from the University of Ibadan and Web Design and E-commerce from Maritime Greenwich College, London, complemented by certifications in Data Analytics, Software Testing and Cybersecurity. He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management Consultants, a member of the British Computer Society, and a member of the Software Testing Group in Essex, United Kingdom.
Committed to community service, Mr. Fasasi has served as National President of the Urban Day Grammar School Old Students Association and as Executive Chairman of the Eti-Osa and Lekki branches of the Ansar-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria. He is married to Rafiat Olabisi, and they are blessed with three children.
At InsureOnGo, he leads corporate strategy, technology innovation and partnership development, with a focus on simplifying insurance, improving customer engagement and building a sustainable digital insurance business.

Mr. Shu'ara Olalekan Popoola is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned business leader with over 45 years of experience across accounting, auditing, finance, insurance and consultancy. He brings extensive financial management, corporate strategy and insurance industry expertise to InsureOnGo.
His career includes senior finance and leadership roles at Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc, Industrial and General Insurance Plc (IGI), Great Nigeria Insurance Plc and Sonarwa Assurance Plc, Rwanda. He also served as Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director/CEO of Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc, supporting corporate strategy and operations. He is passionate about lifelong learning, mentoring and human capital development, and contributes to teaching, training and public affairs. He is married with four children.

Mr. Auwalu Muktari serves as a Non-Executive Director of InsureOnGo, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience across insurance, investment and public enterprise management. His expertise spans corporate strategy, financial performance, risk management, business transformation and distribution development.
His executive career includes appointments as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kano State Investment & Properties Limited, Executive Chairman of Prima Solution Insurance Brokers Limited, Group Managing Director of Royal Exchange Plc, and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fin Insurance, formerly Yankari Insurance Limited. He previously served as Regional Director in Abuja for Royal Exchange Assurance Plc and held various roles at Kapital Insurance Company.
Mr. Muktari has a strong track record in business growth and organisational transformation, including increasing revenue from ₦300 million to over ₦2 billion within two years. His experience encompasses restructuring operations, strengthening governance, developing distribution partnerships and mentoring senior leaders.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano, alongside a Diploma in Insurance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School programmes attended in 2015 and 2018.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals, an Associate Member of the Institute of Management (Chartered), and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. His board experience includes Northern Nigerian Flour Mill Plc and companies within the Royal Exchange Group.
At InsureOnGo, he contributes strategic insight and independent oversight, drawing on his extensive experience in insurance, investment, stakeholder engagement and market development to support sustainable growth and sound corporate governance.

Mrs. Oluwatumininu Morayo Lawanson serves as a Non-Executive Director of InsureOnGo, bringing over two decades of experience across education, administration, management and insurance. She contributes a broad perspective on strategic planning, operational efficiency, people development and customer experience.
Her professional experience includes serving as Director of Dew of Hermon Montessori School, overseeing strategic planning, staff supervision, budgeting and parent engagement. She previously served as Lead Consultant at Fundamental Communications Limited, delivering teacher training and consultancy services to schools and parents, and as Directress at Heritage House Montessori School, Lagos, supporting early childhood education and academic operations.
Mrs. Lawanson began her insurance career as an Underwriter at Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited, where she gained experience in underwriting, policy administration and premium collection. This industry foundation complements her subsequent leadership and management experience.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, and a Diploma in Pre-primary Montessori Education from the College of Modern Montessori, Johannesburg, South Africa. Her professional development includes specialised training in Total Quality Management, Insurance Underwriting and Montessori education methodologies.
Passionate about education and human development, Mrs. Lawanson is committed to helping young people realise their potential through creativity, resilience and empathy. Her work reflects a sustained commitment to learning, service and organisational effectiveness.

Otunba Dr. Jimi Oluwafemi Bolusire serves as a Non-Executive Director of InsureOnGo, bringing over two decades of experience in information technology, business analysis, data management and quality assurance across insurance, financial services and technology. His expertise supports the company's focus on reliable systems, efficient operations and accessible digital insurance services.
His professional experience includes roles as Programme Business Test Manager at Munich Re, Programme Test Manager and Data Analyst at MS Amlin Insurance, Test Manager at Convex Insurance, Business Analyst and Test Manager at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, and Senior System Test Consultant at QBE Insurance in London. He has also contributed to technology initiatives at Tokio Marine Kiln Insurance, Legal & General, Brit Insurance and AXA XL.
Across these organisations, he has supported complex technology implementations, business reporting and systems integration. His experience in manual and automated testing encompasses system reliability, data accuracy and the alignment of technology solutions with business requirements.
His technical knowledge spans SQL, Visual Basic, VBA and XML, alongside enterprise platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Microsoft Azure and Oracle. He has worked with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches, behaviour-driven and test-driven development, and testing tools including Azure DevOps, JIRA and Selenium IDE.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of East London, a Practitioner Certificate in EU GDPR, and the ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing. His professional affiliations include the British Computer Society, the International Institute of Business Analysis, the Specialist Interest Group in Software Testing, and the Institution of Analysts and Programmers.
At InsureOnGo, Otunba Dr. Bolusire provides independent oversight and strategic guidance on technology, system integrity, quality assurance and digital transformation. He supports the board in aligning technology investment with business priorities and strengthening the reliability and usability of the company's digital insurance services.
Biography
Venerable Captain (Retired) Chinedu Captain Chukuka is a seasoned administrator and strategic leader whose career spans service in the Nigerian Navy and Anglican ministry. He brings extensive experience in governance, institutional development, intelligence, research and professional training, guided by a commitment to integrity, accountability and service.
His naval appointments include Hydrographer of the Nigerian Navy, Deputy Commandant of the Nigerian Naval College, Onne, Commanding Officer of NNS EKUN, and Executive Officer of NNS LANA. These responsibilities encompassed maritime surveying, officer development and the leadership of complex naval operations.
He also served as Deputy Director responsible for Research and Development and as a Staff Officer at the Defence Intelligence Agency. As Chief Instructor at the Naval Hydrographic School and Directing Staff at the Command and Staff College, Jaji, he contributed to professional education, curriculum development and leadership training. His public service includes membership of a Federal Special Investigation Panel and secretarial responsibilities on high-level committees.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lagos State University, and a Diploma in Theology from Trinity Theological College, Umuahia.
His professional military training includes naval and intelligence courses in Nigeria, technical and hydrographic training in India, and Doppler surveying training in the United States. He also completed the Junior and Senior Division Staff Courses at the Command and Staff College, Jaji.
His leadership philosophy emphasises humility, discipline and ethical stewardship, combining strategic thinking with a strong commitment to developing people and strengthening institutions. He is married with three children.
