When does my cover start?

The moment you board your departing international flight. If you cancel before departure for a covered reason, cancellation cover applies (Standard and Premium tiers only).

Can I extend my cover while abroad?

Yes — up to 31 days, subject to the insurer's policy and your continued declaration of good health. Message us on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before your original end date.

What if my visa is rejected?

You can cancel your travel insurance within the 14-day cooling-off period and receive a full refund, provided no claim has been made. Send us your visa rejection letter as proof.

Are my belongings covered?

Standard and Premium tiers include baggage cover (loss, theft, or delay over 12 hours). The Essential tier does not include baggage cover — check the limits before picking the tier.
